About Origins CrossFit
Don’t let the word CrossFit scare you, because it is an amazing training & weight loss system that develops and transforms your entire body through safe & functional exercises. Origins is your introduction to the world of CrossFit training in Phuket!
Origins and Re-Inforced run Monday – Friday. Origins is our beginners to intermediate class when we’re talking in relation to the technicality of the lifting involved, and also the intensity in the ‘WOD’. Which leaves Re-Inforced to be that higher intermediate to advanced level where we are able to hone in on a lot more technical lifting and strenuous programming. We start with preparation for the session which involves mobility and dynamic work, then we move into our strength/technical lift for the day.
This changes from day to day and is programmed to have an end goal. So obviously the longer you stay the more you’ll gain from the programming. We then move into our ‘WOD’ (workout of the day), which can be pretty much anything. We throw the classics in like FRAN and CINDY, however our instructors like putting their own edges on these WODS. We have a great reputation as far as programming goes, and have been told we provide some of the meanest WODS going, so come down, and put your metal to the test.
