Personal Training at Unit 27

Unit 27 differs from nearly all other gyms in Phuket because when it come to personal training, we do not take any part of our instructors private income. That is too say they keep 100% of what you agree to pay them for their expert advice and personal training assistance. Our instructors work with a range of clients from those wishing to improve their basic form through to world class athletes. We currently condition and rehabilitate top tier athletes from UFC, NHL, OneFC, NRL and other well known sporting organisations.

We offer a full range of services from instruction on safe quality form through to nutrition and integrated training schedules focused on your exact aims and needs. Prices start from 1,500 THB per hour.
