Premiere package accommodation is the middle ground between our basic accommodation and our best. Its suitable for all people and situated amongst the heart of the street. We work with two locations, both being extremely accommodating at what they do, see below!

One Bedroom Anchan

Situated directly behind Trooper Eats Anchan’s one bedroom choice is ideal for solo, and couple travellers looking for a spot where room is plenty, and amenities are spot on. Just a small walk down your hallway and out the front door you’ll be at our restaurant and in front of our weight lifting gym – Primal.

Coco Deluxe

One of the streets most popular accommodation choices – Cocoville. Their mid range option is ideal once again for both solo and couple travellers. Nestled away in a beautiful environment Cocoville is that perfect peace away from the madness of the ‘Fitness Street’.

We have always worked very hard to keep our pricing system here at Unit 27 simple & inexpensive. If you want to do a single class or session, that is no problem, drop in anytime! But if you are interested in a more serious training program while you're in Phuket, Thailand, then check out our packages for fitness training, strength & conditioning, weight loss & body transformation goals, intelligently packaged all under the one plan.

If you haven't visited us at Unit 27 yet, then come and try us out. If you tell us at the end of your first visit that it was not at the standard you expected from a dedicated Strength & Conditioning gym here in Phuket, then we'll give you a full refund on the spot, no questions asked !!!! So, all you have to do is commit to a session, then be prepared to sweat a little!

The pressure of circulating blood on the walls of blood vessels. Most of this pressure is done by the heart pumping blood through the circulatory system. It’s expressed in terms of the systolic pressure, maximum during one heartbeat over diastolic pressure, minimum in between 2 heart beats.
