Adrian’s journey into the Health and Fitness Industry start just over 3 years ago and by chance happened to be one of the very first clients in though the gate of Unit 27 when it opened back in 2013, returning every year without fail. Originating from Co. Kerry Ireland, Adrian having always had a keen interest in Irish sport and played what is mostly only known in Ireland as Hurling, Gaelic Football and Soccer, played an integral part in his home club of Lixnaw and Finuge, winning various county titles from junior to senior championship level. From his early teens Adrian always struggled with his weight and body composition but through his own methods of strength and conditioning training and his own nutritional program he found how to work the system.

Adrian decided enough was enough and left to chase his dream of becoming a group fitness instructor and living the life he was most passionate about. What he brings to Unit 27 is MOTIVATION-ENCOURAGEMENT and WILLINGNESS to help, he feels that every person can realise their full potential with these 3 components of his arsenal. Adrian is a very approachable person who is always willing to give advice, so any questions you may have on fitness, nutrition and mindset don’t be afraid to ask

We have always worked very hard to keep our pricing system here at Unit 27 simple & inexpensive. If you want to do a single class or session, that is no problem, drop in anytime! But if you are interested in a more serious training program while you're in Phuket, Thailand, then check out our packages for fitness training, strength & conditioning, weight loss & body transformation goals, intelligently packaged all under the one plan.

If you haven't visited us at Unit 27 yet, then come and try us out.
