Danae Barwick

Danae grew up in a talented sporting family and had the values and benefits associated with living a healthy lifestyle instilled in her from an early age. Danae played high level netball and volleyball and competed in athletics until a broken leg sidelined her for several months. Danae utilized resistance training during her injury rehabilitation and hasn’t looked back with her own training since. Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia.

Danae ran her own outdoor bootcamp business for 4 years before deciding to throw it in to travel the world, which is what she’d been doing for 18 months or so before she landed at Unit 27. Danae’s passion lies in group training, where the social atmosphere and relationships forged are an added bonus to pushing our guests to their limits and testing what they’re made of. Danae is a very motivated coach with the drive and passion needed in order to give you the best possible chances to succeed in your experiences and goals here at Unit-27, she has a wealth of knowledge and motivation which can only serve to ensure you get the most from yourself.
