Dayle Hallam

Dayle moved to Phuket, Thailand to open Unit-27 in 2013. Since then Dayle has been the influence behind the entire programming and designing of classes that are held daily at Unit-27 as well as the design of the facilities. Not only being the primary developer of the programming at Unit-27, he was heavily involved in the designing of systems and processes across all businesses, including Trooper Eats, Unit-27’s designated restaurant.

Over the course of the 5 and half years the Unit-27 Group has been further established and Dayle has moved from a coaching role to be the spearhead of the Unit-27 Group. Including the writing and designing of the Trooper Eats Menu and implementing all systems to ensure the company is a success. Alongside this Dayle has recently re structured the entire package system of Unit-27, whilst developing the group alongside current global trends resulting in record months of sales. Dayle is world renowned for his ability to coach and develop facilities into successful entities, thriving and providing individuals with quote “experiences of a life time”.

Dayle currently holds two British degrees. One in Strength and Conditioning and Sport coaching, and another in Sports Performance Coaching – 1st class honours.He has coached elite athletes ranging from the Phuket FC’s only 1st team to professional UFC fighters and PGA tour players.

We have always worked very hard to keep our pricing system here at Unit 27 simple & inexpensive. If you want to do a single class or session, that is no problem, drop in anytime! But if you are interested in a more serious training program while you're in Phuket, Thailand, then check out our packages for fitness training, strength & conditioning, weight loss & body transformation goals, intelligently packaged all under the one plan.

If you haven't visited us at Unit 27 yet, then come and try us out. If you tell us at the end of your first visit that it was not at the standard you expected from a dedicated Strength & Conditioning gym here in Phuket, then we'll give you a full refund on the spot, no questions asked !!!! So, all you have to do is commit to a session, then be prepared to sweat a little!

Island Battleground Competition

Tiger Muay Thai held the IBG (Island Battleground Competition) last month, February 16th and 17th 2019, and we had 6 individuals from Unit-27 CrossFit Phuket attend and fly the black and white flag of Unit-27 and man did they do well: Adrian Allen & Natalie Bruynooghe Ryan Fryer & Jibby Nichapha Tamika La Toya & Wayne Simcoe Over the space of 2 days Unit-27's team went and competed amongst an elite level of athletes.
