Helen De Cesare

Born and raised here in Phuket Helen packed her bags when she was 13 to pursue her professional tennis career and travelled around the world playing at international level working with some of the top tennis and fitness coaches in the game. After 15 years representing Thailand around the world Helen recently gave up her tennis career due to health reasons, having spent a lot of her career helping out with both tennis and fitness coaching she realized her passion was in fitness training and having already spent some time with us since we opened a position opened as Unit-27 expanded and she was the perfect fit!!

Helen’s ability to bring forth her experiences from training along side top level athletes and letting her get influenced from various sports training grants her a creative approach to training which allows you to excel in pursuing your goals at Unit-27 while also keeping your mind active and intrigued through the process.

She shines with passion as she brings forward a bang of motivation and enthusiasm while also maintaining a strong sense of empathy which she feels is one of the most beneficial factor to aiding someone in their journey.

But if you are interested in a more serious training program while you're in Phuket, Thailand, then check out our packages for fitness training, strength & conditioning, weight loss & body transformation goals, intelligently packaged all under the one plan.

If you haven't visited us at Unit 27 yet, then come and try us out.
