Jibby Fryer

Originally from Surathani, Jibby relocated to the paradise known as Phuket in 2003. She wasn’t always in the great condition she is now and used to be inactive before deciding to make a change in her life making a complete transformation in body and mind through her own personally applied training and nutrition systems and we are incredibly proud with how far she has come.

With this first hand personal journey and experience, she is one of the key members of the team here at Unit-27. Currently listed as Under Armour Thailand’s Fittest Woman 2017 and Brand Athlete.

We have always worked very hard to keep our pricing system here at Unit 27 simple & inexpensive. If you want to do a single class or session, that is no problem, drop in anytime! But if you are interested in a more serious training program while you're in Phuket, Thailand, then check out our packages for fitness training, strength & conditioning, weight loss & body transformation goals, intelligently packaged all under the one plan.

If you haven't visited us at Unit 27 yet, then come and try us out. If you tell us at the end of your first visit that it was not at the standard you expected from a dedicated Strength & Conditioning gym here in Phuket, then we'll give you a full refund on the spot, no questions asked !!!! Blood Pressure, Stress & Maximal Results

The pressure of circulating blood on the walls of blood vessels. Most of this pressure is done by the heart pumping blood through the circulatory system. It’s expressed in terms of the systolic pressure, maximum during one heartbeat over diastolic pressure, minimum in between 2 heart beats.
