Pearl – Yoga Instructor
Pearl’s love affair with yoga began in 2006 and she started to practice in earnest from 2007 onwards. It has changed her life making her feel great in every way. This naturally has inspired Pearl to want to teach it as a way of sharing the same benefits with others and giving them a way to find happiness in their lives.
That part of the journey began with a 200 hour Hot Yoga training in october 2011, after which she has dedicated herself to learning as much as she could.
Pearl finds that both Hatha Yoga and meditation have brought a new level of understanding of herself, making her more and more aware of how choices shape our lives. They are a constant encouragement for Pearl to see life from the highest perspective, while acting from her own center of strength and clarity within. I believe yoga and meditation can help us improve our lives and make the world a better place—that is what she conveys in her classes.
