Her athletic foundation began at the age of 3 with gymnastics, followed by nearly a decade in martial arts, and eventually transitioning to CrossFit, where she has been immersed for the past 5 years. Currently, she is on an ambitious journey to qualify for the 35-39 division at the CrossFit Games- the highest achievement in the sport.
As a nutritionist, CrossFit Level 1 coach, and strength & conditioning specialist, Tamika has worked with hundreds of clients, empowering them to unlock their full potential through tailored nutrition strategies, sustainable habits, and a resilient mindset.
