About Revolutions (Spinning)

Buckle up and get ready for the ride of your life. Have you been to a spin class back home? We challenge you to find better than this.

Our designated spin room is kitted out to feel like a night club, with sound proof walls, air conditioning, speakers in close proximity of the bikes, and our instructor linked up to the in house microphone, there is no escape for instruction.

Choreographed music that will get you up and down on the bike, and pushing your RPM up to heights of 140, you’ll be sure to get that heart rate up, and get you leaving in a puddle of sweat.

The spinning workout may help you build some muscle tone. The workout will focus on the core muscles, as well as the buttocks and thighs. You can increase and decrease the tension of the bike; this is similar to riding up and down a hill. While you pedal, you will work your thighs and calves. If you maintain the correct position on the bike, you will also work on your abdominal muscles. When you pedal faster, you are likely to burn fat. When you pedal slower and have a higher tension, you will work your muscles.

If you opt for regular spinning classes, you will build increased cardio endurance. This is beneficial, especially if you feel weaker and start panting even after an insignificant effort, such as climbing a flight of stairs.

A spinning workout is a low impact exercise. This means that it won’t put pressure on knees and joints, as other aerobic or running exercises do. The workout is also recommended for people that suffer from arthritis.

We have always worked very hard to keep our pricing system here at Unit 27 simple & inexpensive. If you want to do a single class or session, that is no problem, drop in anytime! But if you are interested in a more serious training program while you're in Phuket, Thailand, then check out our packages for fitness training, strength & conditioning, weight loss & body transformation goals, intelligently packaged all under the one plan.

If you haven't visited us at Unit 27 yet, then come and try us out. If you tell us at the end of your first visit that it was not at the standard you expected from a dedicated Strength & Conditioning gym here in Phuket, then we'll give you a full refund on the spot, no questions asked !!!!
