It’s actually not – ‘Go Hard Or Go Home’

“Go Hard or Go Home” is a great thing to print on our shirts, merchandise and posters to really motivate people, but it is truly not all that Unit 27 is about. We cater to everyone, any effort expelled in our gym is always a reward unto itself and you’ll never feel like you need to go home or be told you didn’t go hard enough, we are always happy that you turned up to sweat beside the rest of us.

So with that in mind, our true Unit 27 mission statement, or vision if you will, is written below.


"TO PROVIDE PHYSICAL, MENTAL & SOCIAL CONDITIONING OF BODY & MIND THROUGH A SAFE, NATURAL & SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN SYSTEM"


So there you have it, straight from us to you. If you train with us at Unit 27 we will work not just hard to help you achieve your goals, but we will also work smart & work with you to get you to where you want to be without injury or un-safe methods. We are serious about helping you reach your full potential whether as an athlete or regular person with regular problems, if you don't believe us than we challenge you to come try out one of our classes and truly see that we are not your normal Phuket gym, we are Unit 27 and we are dedicated to making that name synonymous with health & fitness here in Thailand.

Unit 27 commits itself every day to providing quality strength & conditioning and advanced fitness training here in Phuket, Thailand. With that in mind we also have a wealth of first class fitness, weight loss, conditioning, training and dietary advice available from our specialist instructors and coaches.

Sonny Webster Seminar

Unit-27 is proud to announce that Sonny Webster - Olympian Athlete will be holding a day long seminar at Unit-27 CrossFit Phuket. At only 5000 Baht for the entire day, and limited spaces, it really is an event you do not want to miss out on. Sonny is a former Team GB Olympic Weightlifter who has represented Great Britain in over 40 internationals, most notably the Commonwealth Games 2014 and Olympic Games 2016 where he finished 14th. Unit-27 is proud to announce the release of our all inclusive fitness retreat Trooper on Tour. This is now the opportunity for you to visit us in Phuket, Thailand and not worry about anything, apart from covering your flights! In January 2019 we launched our first Trooper on Tour and it was an incredible success with the majority of the tour either extending their stay, or booking to return to Phuket, Thailand within no time!
