About Drill Sergeant
It’s a love hate relationship, love it once you’re finished, and hate it while doing it. Monday (09:30 – 10:30) and Tues – Sat (08:00 – 09:00) we run Morning Glory and Drill Sergeant adjacent to one another.
The whole session is explained with all exercises demonstrated, number one in our gym is correct form, correct form = correct results!
Drill Sergeant is based on 2/3 exercises performed at a high repetition followed by some sort of a run, whether its an 80m sprint, a 1km run or some incline sprints. Which ever it is, I’m sure you can imagine, it’s not a class for the faint hearted.
We normally present you with 4 rounds, and to be done as quickly as possible. But don’t worry… If you get it done too quickly, we will gladly provide you with something else on top!
A great session for burning fat and improving your physical performance over a longer period of time. You’re not controlled by a whistle at all, its all at your own pace, so don’t be worried if it’s your first time.
