About Drill Sergeant
It’s a love hate relationship, love it once you’re finished, and hate it while doing it. Monday to Sunday we run Morning Glory and Drill Sergeant adjacent to one another.
A great session for burning fat and improving your physical performance over a longer period of time. You’re not controlled by a whistle at all, its all at your own pace, so don’t be worried if it’s your first time.
Get up, get out of bed, and join us for some Morning Madness!
Class Time Frame:
- 60 Minutes
- Work time – 30 minutes
Maximum Number Of People:
- 40 people
Class Level:
- Open to all fitness levels
Class Structure:
- The class is run as 1 complete round of everything on the board
- Customers work consecutively through the exercises in order
Drill Sergeant Extra Information
Drill sergeant is based on 10-15 of exercises performed at high repetition and followed by some sort of run.
Start the class with the coach explaining the instruction on the board and demonstrate all the movements by assistant coach and follow by stretching, warm up and demos are to take 30 minutes.
30 minutes workout looking to get through as much of the work on the board as they can.
