Josh Ryeland
Josh, a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach, is sure to bring the energy to
any class, whether it’s leading the classes or hopping in himself. Born and raised in
Plymouth, UK, he pursued his passion for sports growing up while playing football
and supporting his beloved Plymouth Argyle. His journey led to a First-Class Honors
BSc in Sports Rehabilitation with Strength and Conditioning. Having worked with a
range of individuals from professional athletes to first-time gym goers, Josh is driven
by his commitment to providing others with the tools they need to feel comfortable
and thrive in the gym.
